Incoming Erasmus students are invited to contact the International Office at the Faculty of Management, which will assist with any issues related to studying at the University of Lodz.

Where can I find the full list of courses offered in English?

How to get the Student ID Card?

You have to pay 17 zł at the cash desk in Rectorate Building or by bank transfer to account no: 59 1240 3028 1111 0010 2943 3888

Bring a picture (ID format) and a confirmation of payment to the International Office at Faculty of Management (IOFM). Preparing a Student ID Card takes about 10 days.

 

How to make changes to the Learning Agreement (LA)?

You have to prepare document and bring it to the IOFM. ECTS Coordinator has to verify whether the change is possible. CLA has to be approved and signed by Institutional Coordinator in Rector’s Office – it takes a few days. Changes to LA can be made until October 25th.

 

How to get the Evaluation Sheet (ES)?

You have to collect your EV from the IOFM. You can take it in the second week of January.You have to collect records from the teachers, every record has to be signed by the teacher.

 

How to get Transcript of Records (ToR)?

You have to bring your ES (fullfilled) to the IOFM. After that, take your Personal Card and collect confirmations from the departments of University of Lodz. Return fullfilled Personal Card and your Student Id Card to the IOFM. ToR has to be approved by our Institutional Coordinator and it is sent to your university by traditional mail.

Are there any Polish language courses for Erasmus students?

Yes and it is advised that Erasmus students arrive 2 weeks before the actual start of semester to take part in a free of charge, two-week intensive Polish language course including orientation and cultural program (for the time of the course accommodation in the dormitories is available). Groups range from beginners to more advanced. There is a continuation of the course during each semester (60 hours). It may be included in Transcript of Records - for participation in the course for each semester 4 ECTS credits can be granted. The Polish language course takes place at:
